Agreement.

These terms govern ONE GOD–ONE FLESH™ websites, apps, assessments, digital materials, courses, and coaching offered by Trimar Business Builders, LLC. By creating an account, making a purchase, or using a service, you agree to these terms, the Legal Notice and Disclaimer, and the Privacy Policy.

Christian foundation.

Our teaching is based on biblical Scripture and our belief in the sanctity of marriage between a man and a woman. We treat every person with dignity and respect. Participants do not have to share our beliefs, but should expect Christian teaching.

Eligibility and access.

Purchases, assessments, and coaching are for adults age 18 or older. Provide accurate information, protect your account, and complete your own assessment. Do not access another person’s account or private results without authorization.

Services and purchases.

We provide Christian coaching and education, not therapy, medical care, legal advice, crisis services, or marriage ceremonies. No result is guaranteed. Each offer states its price and inclusions. Online digital materials, including assessments, reports, downloads, and recorded courses, are non-refundable once access or delivery has been provided, except where required by law. Email info@onegodoneflesh.com about billing errors or access problems.

One-to-one appointments.

For individual or couples appointments, email info@onegodoneflesh.com at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time to cancel or reschedule. With timely notice, you may reschedule without losing your payment. With less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you miss the appointment, payment for that appointment becomes non-refundable, except where required by law.

Live group coaching.

There is no attendance penalty for missing a live group session. A missed group session does not include an individual replacement session. Program payment or withdrawal terms must be stated in the offer before purchase.

Recurring payments.

If an offer includes automatic recurring charges, the amount, frequency, start date, and cancellation method will be disclosed before payment authorization.

Materials and conduct.

Paid access is for personal use. Do not share logins or copy, distribute, resell, publish, or teach from paid materials without written permission. Treat coaches and participants respectfully. We may restrict access for harassment, threats, unauthorized sharing of private information, or misuse, subject to applicable law.

Availability and responsibility.

Digital services may occasionally be interrupted. Contact us if you cannot access a purchase. You decide whether and how to apply what you learn. To the extent permitted by law, Trimar Business Builders, LLC is not responsible for outcomes caused by independent decisions, another person’s conduct, or inaccurate information supplied by a participant. Nothing limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Updates.

We may post updated terms with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required by law. Contact info@onegodoneflesh.com with questions.
