Information collected.

Depending on the service, we may collect name, email, account and contact details, purchase history, assessment answers and results, coaching inquiries, messages, and technical information needed to operate and protect digital services. Payment information is handled through the checkout payment provider. Do not submit another person’s private information without the right to share it.

Uses.

We use information to provide services, manage accounts and payments, prepare results, arrange coaching, respond to requests, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. Promotional emails follow your choices and applicable law. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails.

Individual and couple privacy.

Each person completes their own assessment. Purchasing for someone else does not give the purchaser access to private answers or results. A shared couple feature explains what may be shared and requests consent. Individual answers remain subject to the app’s permissions and consent choices.

Marriage MRI.

MRI Intake responses, scorecard calculations, and coach interpretations are used in the private coaching review. MRI scores and coach-only guidance are not displayed to participants in the app. After both spouses complete required assessments, the program may invite them to schedule the complimentary 90-minute call, where results are discussed.

Providers and disclosure.

Providers supporting the website, apps, email, scheduling, payments, and customer service may process information to perform those services. Information may be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary for a serious safety concern, subject to applicable law. We do not publish a personal story or testimonial without permission.

Security and retention.

We use reasonable protective measures, but no online system guarantees absolute security. We retain information as reasonably needed to provide services, maintain purchase and business records, address security concerns, and meet legal obligations.

Cookies.

The website and providers may use tools needed for site operation. Any analytics, advertising trackers, or other cookies that are enabled must be described here with any choices required by law.

Requests and age.
